Professional profile

Dr. Vittorio Lutri offers a mental health approach based on clinical rigour, listening, and evidence-based medicine. His practice integrates outpatient activity with solid training in Swiss and international institutions.

After graduating in Medicine in Milan (Bicocca University), he completed his clinical training at the CHUV (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois) in Lausanne, working in the General psychiatry and Addiction medicine departments. He also completed post-graduate training in analytical psychotherapy at the CG Jung Institute in Mendrisio.

He consolidated his research specialization at the UK National Problem Gambling Clinic in London, a world reference centre for behavioural addictions.

Former Senior Physician at the Organizzazione Sociopsichiatrica Cantonale (OSC) in Mendrisio, he is currently a psychiatrist at Ingrado - Addiction Services and receives patients in private practice in Lugano.

Dr. Lutri has also obtained a CAS in Legal and Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology from the University of Lausanne and is enabled to conduct judiciary and insurance evaluations.
